Clothing
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear (ideally warm and close fitting). This is an outdoor course, so waterproofs may be necessary depending on the weather.
Equipment
We will provide all the equipment you need for the session, which is delivered by an experienced club member.
Please Note
These sessions are open to anyone aged 8 or over. All juniors (under 18) must have a parent/guardian present at all times (this person can be on the session as well).
How to Measure your Arm Span
Using the picture below as a guide, measure the distance from finger tip to finger tip. Please do not over stretch when measuring, just extend your arms out to make the T shape below:
